About The Position

Allied Universal® is hiring a Compliance Administrator. The Compliance Administrator will support the creation of the compliance and audit program within the Corporate Security Department. The administrator will report directly to the Global Compliance Manager and will oversee all projects involving Policies, Standards, Guidelines, Procedures, and other documents that support the Corporate Security Department. The administrator will also be heavily involved in internal and external audits while managing internal audits.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher in an associated discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Jurisprudence)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in licensing administration, customer service operations, or administrative assistance in a legal, compliance or regulatory environment
  • Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely invoices via Ariba, DOMO and WinTeam (all sites, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures)
  • Collaborate with senior-level account management and customer finance department to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation
  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions in a systematic and organized manner.
  • Monitor payment schedules, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain effective communication with clients regarding invoicing matters
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for allocated sites, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Coordinate with the security management team regarding scheduling
  • Maintain WinTeam Schedule and special coverage for local and remote
  • Assist the Security Manager in implementing and maintaining robust security protocols and procedures across all sites
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate corrective actions
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure compliance with security policies, including access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to financial invoicing, schedules, and security procedures
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial data, schedule performance, and security metrics for management review
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in all documentation and reporting activities
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to financial invoicing, schedules, and security matters, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and facilitate the successful completion of projects
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance knowledge, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the organization
