About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join their growing and dynamic legal team in downtown Seattle. The role offers the opportunity to handle matters throughout Washington. The firm is looking for individuals with a passion for advocacy, who are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients, take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial is expected. The firm is recognized by various organizations for its talented legal professionals and offers opportunities for growth across the West, seeking candidates who desire to build their own practice on a diversified, multi-state platform.
Requirements
- Washington licensed
- 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters
