About The Position

The Atlanta, GA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of experience handling commercial litigation and large class actions, including experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in all areas of defense litigation such as fair housing, criminal investigations by state Attorney General offices, employment, and national operational compliance. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on complex commercial matters and class actions. This position will handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential to this position. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required. Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.

Requirements
