About The Position

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team. Prior insurance defense experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters involving premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, and pre-suit claims. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong litigation skills who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and established practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Prior insurance defense experience
• Experience handling matters involving premises liability, construction, insurance coverage, and pre-suit claims.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Manage and advance cases through various stages of the litigation process.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
• Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Highly organized with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
