About The Position

This role is responsible for developing strategic plans for the overall growth and success of the company, leading and directing the work of other sales and account management professionals, and ensuring the profitability of the NAM Completions business. The position involves defining and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building alliances, and driving the company's financial performance. The Director will oversee daily operations, make high-level policy and strategy decisions, maintain deep market knowledge, and establish relationships with partners and stakeholders. Additionally, this role promotes the company's values and mission, ensures adherence to legal and ethical standards, and represents the company publicly. The position also involves identifying and evaluating strategic acquisition targets, managing the asset base, forecasting capital expenditures, and collaborating with internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs. Providing customer feedback, developing competitive pricing strategies, managing budgets, and delivering accurate sales forecasts are also key responsibilities. Fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and customer focus is essential.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive role
