About The Position

We are seeking a Completion Supervisor in Palmdale, CA. This role supervises the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. The supervisor ensures that customer, engineering, specifications, and regulations are met. They are also responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Requirements

Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements
Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
