About The Position

The Completion Supervisor - Level 3 will be responsible for leading the interior-completion effort on the F‑16V Block 70 platform. This role oversees the final build of a premier fighter aircraft, working with cutting-edge technology and making a tangible impact on national defense. The team is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft.

Requirements

5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems (FLEMOS)
Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
Recent fighter aircraft experience
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
SAP experience is a plus.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Responsibilities

Directing a skilled crew of technicians to install and verify interior components.
Ensuring all work complies with engineering specifications and quality standards.
Coordinating schedules and resources to meet production milestones.
Conducting inspections and resolving non‑conformances promptly.
Collaborating with engineering and supply‑chain partners to drive continuous improvement.
