Imagine Communications is seeking a Competitive Intelligence & Data Analyst to join the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) group at our Plano, Texas office. This role is responsible for building and maintaining Imagine's competitive pricing intelligence program across all product lines, including both Video infrastructure products and AdTech platforms. The analyst will work closely with PLM managers, Product Marketing, Sales, and Finance to deliver the data-driven research and financial analysis that inform pricing strategy, product positioning, and commercial decision-making. In addition to competitive and market research, the analyst will serve as the primary owner of Imagine's Anthropic Claude Enterprise AI environment — configuring the platform, maintaining the supporting knowledge base, and developing AI-assisted research workflows for the PLM organization. The role also includes a significant reporting and data analytics component, with responsibilities spanning Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Fusion, and the company's Snowflake data lake. This position spans both the Video and AdTech sides of the Imagine portfolio and is designed for an analytically strong, intellectually curious professional who is comfortable working across product lines, functional teams, and data systems.
