About The Position

The Compensation Professional 2 oversees Total Rewards Compensation programs for program conformance and effectiveness. Conducts and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other companies and provides recommendations on salary structure. Conducts inventory review and reporting for all Compensation workstreams, while recommending process optimization. Make decisions regarding own work methods, including ambiguous situations and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. What makes you successful: Being excited to solve business problems with the ability to turn data into insights and actionable process improvements. You will flow to the work, including managing multiple priorities and solving business problems by identifying gaps in processes that need to be filled. Previous experience working within a team-based atmosphere with shared responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to support workstream inventory efforts.
  • Demonstrated Excel experience / Analytical reporting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments while working with various departments to obtain data
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
  • Self-provided internet service with at least a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
