You've built things in your career: a tool that replaced a recurring ask, a process that made a partner team self-sufficient, a workflow that eliminated a class of questions. You've also done the comp work: pricing roles, navigating complex offers, earning credibility with skeptical partners in the first five minutes of a conversation. This role is where those two things finally belong in the same seat. This role reports to the Director, Compensation.
