We are seeking a Per Diem Compensation Consultant to support our ongoing compensation and organizational design initiatives. This role will primarily focus on advancing the job architecture and leveling project, partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to review, update, and standardize job descriptions across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and organizational structure work.
