We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Compensation Consultant Associate, you will join a national team of 100 passionate consultants who have a wealth of expertise in employee and executive rewards, employee communication, talent strategy and workforce analytics. This is a great opportunity to work with a premier client base consisting of large complex Canadian and global organizations, and be able to tap into the expertise across Mercer’s global network and work with a broad range of colleagues and industry experts. The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,500 to $113,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
