About The Position
The Compensation & Compliance Partner serves as a strategic compensation team member and operational compliance control to organizational leaders and HR partners regarding compensation programs, market competitiveness, pay practices, and compensation-related policies. This position analyzes compensation data, develops recommendations, supports compensation initiatives, and ensures compliance with organizational guidelines and applicable laws and regulations. This role supports employee compensation, physician, and advanced practice provider (APP) compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.
- Five (5) years of compensation partner/analyst experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare compliance, finance, provider compensation, or auditing.
- Must be from MO, IL, TN or AR.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes compensation data.
- Develops recommendations for compensation programs.
- Supports compensation initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with organizational guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
- Supports employee compensation, physician, and advanced practice provider (APP) compensation.
