About The Position

The Compensation and Mobility Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international employee relocations, ensuring compliance with company policies, cost control, and a positive employee experience. Additionally, this role will manage compensation plans, incentive programs, and policies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Compensation, Relocation, Global Mobility, or HR Operations.
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel required, advanced experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills required to interpret complex compensation data (examples of prior work may be requested)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of domestic relocations, including initiation, policy administration, and case management.
  • Coordinate with relocation vendors (RMCs, movers, temporary housing providers, etc.) and ensure service quality.
  • Track relocation cases, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and cost control.
  • Review relocation expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Provide guidance to employees on relocation benefits, timelines, and expectations.
  • Manage international transfers, including long-term, short-term, and permanent assignments.
  • Maintain HR information accurate in HRIS systems: Success Factors and Kronos/Dimensions.
  • Responsible for auditing payroll information to validate people are paid correctly.
  • Generate reports, standards and as requested.
  • Develop a complete knowledge of all the HR tools/ platforms and maintain these systems as necessary.
  • Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Administer all incentives programs by providing earnings information, review participants eligibility, calculations and overall compliance.
  • Responsible for standardizing and running merit processes for all employees.
  • Reviews and elaborates Compensation policies, SPDs and processes for all compensation programs.
  • Ensure each program is compliant with all Federal and State laws.
