Financial Analyst - Mobility

About The Position

The Financial Analyst partners with the Mobility and Oro teams to help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. This role will support financial planning, monthly actuals reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis and reconciliations. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to provide clear reporting, identify opportunities and risks, and support key decisions across the organization.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related Quantitative field.
0 - 2 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics experience in an analytical or reporting role preferred
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and business performance
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and manage multiple priorities with a high “say/do” bias
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
Results driven, with the ability to help overcome business challenges and support data-informed decisions

Responsibilities

Provide financial business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership.
Develop financial forecasts, analyze business trends, generate internal management reports, and monitor key performance indicators.
Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for short-term and long-term business planning.
Advance data mining, modeling and in support of identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights.
Deliver timely and accurate analysis of business performance, including revenue, operating expense, EBITDA impact, and variances to forecast, annual operating plan, and prior year results.
