Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Compensation experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, principally Excel, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources a plus.
  • Hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Lawson and Crystal Reports experience preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the administration of Cooper University Health Care’s compensation program and policies.
  • Serves as an internal consultant to Business Partners and leaders, through the analysis, design and recommendation of pay practices.
  • Participates in salary surveys, and monitors market trends.
  • Adheres to Federal and New Jersey state labor laws and practices.
