About The Position

This role will be based in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Carpinteria, Detroit, New York City, Omaha, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in contributing to the development and implementation of region-wide compensation strategies, practices and processes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and evolving compensation programs by leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to drive informed decision-making. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver analytics, streamline processes, and support year-end and ongoing compensation cycles. This is a highly dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with program management in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 2+ years of program/project management ideally in compensation

Responsibilities

  • Project management of company wide compensation programs
  • Defining and documenting project plans, work flows.
  • Provide analytics support for compensation programs as needed
  • Provide communications support for compensation programs
  • Special projects involving data analytics
  • Partnering with comp team to align on projects/global initiatives
  • Providing improvement insights using improvement methodologies and tools
