Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Compensation Analyst to help build the compensation function to be a proactive business partner and resource. The ideal candidate will evaluate roles, conduct compensation benchmarking, and provide guidance on salary structures and pay ranges. This position will also support the maintenance of accurate, well-defined job descriptions that reflect role responsibilities and organizational needs.
