THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND ADMINISTERING ALL COMPENSATION PROGRAMS, THE OVERALL COMPENSATION PROCESS, AND PROVIDING GUIDANCE TO ALL PASON AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES ON COMPENSATION RELATED MATTERS. THIS POSITION WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMMIGRATION MATTERS ALONG WITH SOME REPORTING AND OTHER HR DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
