About The Position

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for advanced administrative and analytical support for Total Rewards (TR) processes and annual activities, ensuring execution in line with business needs and priorities as well as global governance and standards. The role focuses on accurate data management, reporting, and supporting process improvement initiatives, while responding to HR and business queries under limited supervision. This is an experienced professional in the area of compensation / Total Rewards that contributes to process optimization and system enhancements that strengthen the company’s Total Rewards framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, preferable in multinational environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, market data interpretation, and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Advanced organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administration of TR processes and annual cycles (e.g., merit review, incentive calculations, benefits administration, where applicable) in line with annual business priorities.
  • Lead system setups, data (quality) validations, and maintenance of TR-related tools and databases.
  • Prepare materials, manage data reporting and data submission (i.e., to support external benchmarks)
  • Manage job evaluations
  • Respond to TR-related queries of varying complexity raised by HR teams, business leaders and or employees; ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and frameworks.
