We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in contributing to the development and implementation of region-wide compensation strategies, practices and processes. This role sits within the Compensation Operations and Excellence (COE) team and is responsible for delivering data-driven insights, developing scalable dashboards, and providing technical analytics support. This role blends compensation expertise with strong technical and analytics capabilities to enable better decision-making, improve data accessibility, and enhance the efficiency of compensation processes.
