Job Description: We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our global Total Rewards team. This role partners closely with the Manager of Compensation and HR stakeholders across the organization to support the day-to-day analysis and administration of compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst will be involved in a broad range of compensation activities, including market pricing, annual compensation processes, job architecture support, and ongoing reporting and analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical HR role
  • Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
  • Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using MarketPay
  • Exposure to global or multi-country compensation programs
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)

Responsibilities

  • Support market pricing for new and existing roles across global regions using MarketPay and other compensation survey sources
  • Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews in partnership with HR Business Partners and Talent teams
  • Support annual compensation processes, including merit and bonus cycles, through data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare compensation analyses, models, and summaries to support recommendations and business decisions
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert, providing consultative insights, and collaborating with various functions.
  • Help maintain salary structures, ranges, and job-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in the administration of compensation programs in alignment with company guidelines and applicable regulations
  • Respond to routine compensation inquiries and ad hoc analysis requests from HR and business partners
  • Support compensation-related reporting, documentation, and process improvement efforts
  • Stay informed on compensation trends, market practices, and regulatory considerations
