The Compensation Analyst assists in the administration of Cooper University Health Care’s compensation program and policies. This role serves as an internal consultant to Business Partners and leaders, through the analysis, design, and recommendation of pay practices. The analyst also participates in salary surveys, monitors market trends, and adheres to Federal and New Jersey state labor laws and practices.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Compensation experience
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, principally Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and experience in other areas of Human Resources
  • Hospital or healthcare experience
  • Lawson and Crystal Reports experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Sr Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
