About The Position

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support fair, consistent, and competitive pay practices across our organization. In this role, you will review compensation requests, analyze data from multiple sources, and provide clear, well supported recommendations to leaders at all levels. Your work will help ensure our pay decisions align with internal equity, market benchmarks, and organizational policy. This position is ideal for individuals who have worked with compensation data or supported pay decisions in HR and are looking to deepen their analytical and advisory skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience is welcome.
• 2+ years of HR experience; experience within a healthcare HR department is preferred.
• Exposure to compensation analysis, pay changes, or HR operations.
• Strong analytical skills with moderate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with HRIS or compensation benchmarking tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and interpreting compensation data.
• Proactive approach to educating leaders and supporting consistent compensation practices.

Responsibilities

• Review compensation change requests submitted through UKG, evaluating proposed pay rate changes and all related data.
• Conduct holistic compensation analyses, including market data, total compensation, internal equity, and timing relative to merit cycles.
• Develop clear, data‑supported compensation recommendations using Excel, market‑pricing tools, and HR systems.
• Communicate compensation recommendations to leaders and ensure decisions align with policy, internal equity, and organizational standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved situations to HR leadership when appropriate.
• Provide proactive and ongoing education to leaders on compensation practices, pay philosophy, and timing considerations.
• Support annual compensation cycles, including merit and bonus processes.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and assist with job evaluation and leveling.
• Contribute to compensation projects that enhance consistency, clarity, and process efficiency.
