Compensation Analyst - Human Resources

About The Position
The Compensation Analyst assists in the overall administration of St. Luke’s compensation programs and participates in special projects. The analyst serves as a resource to employees and managers and performs duties consistently with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A minimum of three years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of compensation experience is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Previous health-care compensation experience is strongly preferred.
