Under general supervision, this role provides analytical and operational support for the administration of the organization’s compensation programs and processes. This role is responsible for administering and supporting compensation programs by managing pay programs, jobs and pay structures in the HRIS system, participating in surveys and facilitating market data in market tool, supporting case management, and providing support to the organization to ensure compliance with labor laws and ensures the accuracy and integrity of compensation data.
