The Compensation Analyst position is responsible for administering and implementing the company’s Operations short-term incentive programs, including Special Concepts. The position also works on improving Operations bonus processes, including automation, communication, compliance, and plan enhancements. This role supports Operators with their bonus and compensation communication, inquiries, and requests. The Compensation Analyst, with minimal supervision, assists in a variety of HR and Compensation related projects and system enhancements.
