About The Position

The Compensation Analyst II designs and administers the Health Systems compensation practices, policies and programs including data preparation and analysis. Provides support and detailed analytics to Human Resources and Health System leaders in overall compensation philosophy and practices. Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field required.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of Finance Analyst, Labor Analyst, or HR Compensation experience.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience in compensation or financial labor analyst.
  • Must have de-escalation training completed by the end of position orientation (90 days).
  • Must have appropriate level of de-escalation training.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced Excel functions.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and pay equity considerations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Compensation Certification, CCM, preferred.

  • Designs and administers the Health Systems compensation practices, policies and programs.
  • Performs data preparation and analysis for compensation programs.
  • Provides support and detailed analytics to Human Resources and Health System leaders in overall compensation philosophy and practices.
  • Advises and influences managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Interprets complex data sets and presents clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Manages multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
