The Compensation Analyst - HRIS is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely employee data within the HRIS, with a strong emphasis on ADP system expertise. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by processing status changes, job updates, onboarding and offboarding transactions, and generating routine and ad‑hoc reports. The HRIS Specialist partners closely with HR, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and effective system utilization. The position also contributes to system enhancements, testing, and implementation initiatives.
