Under the guidance of the Director, Compensation, the Compensation Advisor will provide support to the Compensation team and will assist in the planning, implementation, and administration of HOOPP’s compensation programs. The Compensation Advisor will participate in the job evaluation process, working closely with Compensation and HR Business Partner team members. The Compensation Advisor will also be responsible for completing compensation surveys and providing comprehensive analysis to support market reviews. This position will collect, compile, and analyze data for various regular reviews and ad hoc reports as required. This position will also assist in the forecasting and budgeting process and participate in year-end compensation program cycle delivery.
