About The Position

Visiting Angels of Horsham is urgently seeking dependable caregivers to join their team. This role is for individuals who lead with kindness, patience, and compassion, and want a job where their work makes a difference by bringing comfort, dignity, and peace of mind to clients. The company has been a Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice since 2010 and offers immediate openings in Abington & surrounding communities. Cases are ready to start immediately.

Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience or similar role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Comfortable running errands for clients (grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, etc.)
• Must have one of the following TB test results: 2-Step PPD, Chest X-Ray, or Quantiferon Blood Test
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

• Clients are NEVER transported in caregiver vehicles

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Perform non-medical home care services as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and office staff
