About The Position

ComForCare Home Care Central KC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver and Home Health Aide to help seniors remain independent in their homes across the Kansas City metro area in Missouri and Kansas. Care is provided one-on-one in a home setting. The role includes companionship and emotional support, assistance with personal care and daily living, and practical household support. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay is $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Valid driver's license, an insured vehicle, and the ability to travel across the Kansas City metro area.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through engaging conversation and emotional support.
• Assist seniors with daily living, dressing, personal care, and mobility.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Give medication reminders.
• Help seniors maintain independence in their homes.
