About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services – Vacaville is seeking compassionate Care Partners to support seniors in Rio Vista, including the Trilogy Retirement Community. This role is more than just a caregiving job; it involves building relationships with seniors, assisting them with daily activities, providing companionship, and helping them maintain their independence and safety in their homes. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors by offering kindness, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
- Must be a compassionate individual who can provide care with patience, kindness, dignity, and respect.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversation and offer emotional support.
- Willingness to assist with personal care, ADLs, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Dependable and able to become a familiar and reassuring presence for seniors.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting seniors in a home care setting.
- Familiarity with the Rio Vista area, including the Trilogy Retirement Community.
Responsibilities
- Personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
- Encouragement and emotional support
- Helping seniors maintain their routines and independence
