About The Position
Right at Home is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to seniors and adults with disabilities. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to make a difference every day, we’d love to have you on our team!
Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification (as required by state).
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and supervision.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
