About The Position

Compassionate Care Partners are needed to support seniors in Rio Vista, including the Trilogy Retirement Community. This role involves more than just caregiving; it's about building relationships, sharing conversations, assisting with daily routines, providing transportation, and offering emotional support. The goal is to help seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their homes, cherishing the small moments that make a big difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Offer encouragement and emotional support.
• Help seniors maintain their routines and independence.
