About The Position

The Tree Top Company Store Manager is the heart of the Tree Top Company Store-a friendly face to employees, growers, and the community. This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of the store while ensuring every experience reflects Tree Top's Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values. From delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high‑quality brand image to overseeing deli food offerings and supporting community partnerships, the Company Store Manager plays a vital role in connecting people to Tree Top products and values.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience managing retail, food service, or small business operations
  • Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, databases)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • A hands‑on leadership style and passion for developing others
  • Problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in retail merchandising, business, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in food service management
  • Experience with recordkeeping and POS systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily operations of the Tree Top Company Store
  • Lead, train, schedule, and support store employees
  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees, growers, and the public
  • Plan and offer healthy, affordable, and high‑quality deli foods and baked goods
  • Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee inventory, including salvage, closeout, and near‑expiration products
  • Manage store budget, profits, expenses, cash handling, and daily reporting
  • Use the Square POS system to track sales, inventory, and performance
  • Coordinate shipments of samples and small orders to support sales and marketing teams
  • Review and manage in‑kind product donations and gift baskets for community organizations and schools
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
