The ACC Member will serve as a Community Technology Liaison, a trusted local presence who helps residents navigate digital tools, services, and opportunities that can improve their lives. Under the guidance and supervision of program and host site staff, the Member will provide hands-on technology assistance, build digital confidence among underserved residents, and connect people to resources and referrals in healthcare, employment, and civic engagement. The role is intentionally flexible and place-driven: the Member will support staff in identifying community digital access needs and respond through approved service activities, whether that means one-on-one coaching with a senior navigating telehealth, helping a Spanish-speaking family access online information and community resources, or supporting regional broadband adoption efforts through community outreach, digital literacy education, and resource navigation. The Member will not provide case management, determine eligibility for benefits or services, or perform independent program management or professional technology consulting. Impact will be measured through service activities and outcomes documented in accordance with program requirements, including community connections made, residents served, and participation in approved digital inclusion activities.
