We are looking for a full-time Community Support Worker to join our team! As a Community support worker, you will participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to provide crisis intervention treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses allowing them to live successfully in the community by demonstrating best practice competencies in psychosocial rehabilitation.
