Program Summary The Calgary Alternative Community Links (CACL) supports eligible adults with disabilities and complex support needs living in continuing care homes in Calgary. Through individualized, person-centered support, the program helps people build community connections, participate in meaningful activities, and access advocacy, referrals, and social inclusion supports that reflect their goals and needs. Job Summary The Community Support Worker III provides quality design and delivery of services within the Calgary Alternative Community Link (CACL) program. This role supports individuals in alignment with CAPCC program policy, emphasizing person-centered, community-based supports that promote inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation. The CSW III is responsible for: Ensuring that program content and service delivery align with CAPCC program policy, agency standards, and applicable funding requirements Supporting individualized, person-centered planning that reflects each client’s goals, strengths, and preferences Delivering services in a manner that promotes dignity, choice, inclusion, and community engagement
