Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, communication, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for the local community, along with the ability to build and sustain community partnerships
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity when supporting diverse populations
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of either Green Bay or La Crosse, WI
- Familiar with one of those communities and comfortable giving tours
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for candidates and new hires considering relocation, providing personalized tours, community resources, and relocation support
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners in housing, education, childcare, recreation, civic groups, nonprofits, and other community organizations
- Track acceptance and retention data to guide program improvements
