About The Position
Since 2003, Carolina Outreach has been assisting children, families, and adults across North Carolina with their behavioral health needs. We are a group of highly trained behavioral health professionals dedicated to promoting the emotional and physical well-being of our community in a safe and respectful environment. We provide a comprehensive and integrative array of behavioral health services and supports for people of all ages with varying levels of need utilizing an equitable and inclusive approach. We focus on helping our clients tap into and develop their inherent strengths with the goal of supporting the highest quality of life possible for all we serve. We are seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential expertise and consultation to promote a culture that respects and integrates each client’s preferences, values, and unique perspectives into their treatment plans. You will support clients in achieving symptom stability, improving their quality of life, and fostering independence within their communities.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Provisional or Full Mental Health License in NC (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
- Minimum of one year working with the population served.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
