Appalachian Community Services provides Mental Health, Behavioral Health, Substance Use, and Developmental Disability services to individuals, families, and communities within the seven western counties of North Carolina. We provide a wide range of walk-in, psychiatric, substance abuse, and crisis services to adults and children. The Qualified Professional will provide superior customer service and quality home care, focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues, manage their Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it, build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations, develop strong, communicative relationships with the team, and maintain effective fiscal management of their caseload by monitoring metrics.
