About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support to individuals with autism. The role focuses on inclusion and helping people grow, make meaningful life choices, and participate fully in their communities. Community Support Professionals teach, coach, and support individuals in pursuing everyday lives: meeting people, developing friendships, finding and maintaining employment, exercising choice, maintaining activities of daily living, and achieving personal goals. Employees serve as effective role models and help individuals become valued, contributing members of their communities. These are part-time and casual, non-exempt positions. The listed pay rate is $19.00 per hour, or $21.00 per hour for candidates with a bachelor's degree. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
