About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-directed support to individuals with autism. The role focuses on teaching, coaching, and supporting individuals so they can grow, make meaningful life choices, and participate as valued members of their communities. The Community Support Professional serves as a role model and helps individuals pursue everyday lives, including meeting people, developing friendships, finding and maintaining employment, exercising choice, maintaining activities of daily living, and accomplishing personal goals. The position is part-time, non-exempt, and works overnight shifts. Pay is $19.00 per hour, or $21.00 per hour with a bachelor’s degree.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
