About The Position

The Community Support Associate will provide billable CSA services as identified in the client's treatment plan and accurately submit service notes in a timely manner. This role also involves providing assigned shift coverage at the Floyd Shelter, answering the telephone to provide or receive information related to the program, and reporting incidents or concerns related to the Floyd County Homeless Shelter Program directly to the administrative supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder
• Basic computer operations (Microsoft Office programs, email, internet, etc.)
