This position involves conducting activities necessary to allow an individual to live with maximum independence in community-integrated housing. The role ensures successful community living through the utilization of skill training, cueing, or supervision as identified in the recipient's treatment plan. This includes tasks such as reminding recipients to take medications, monitoring symptoms and side effects, teaching parenting skills, community resource access and utilization, emotional regulation, coping skills, shopping, transportation, financial management, and developing interpersonal skills. The role also requires meeting the requirements for comprehensive community support services established in 908 KAR 2:250.
