About The Position

The Community Specialist is a new full-time position on the US commercial team, sitting at the intersection of community building, grassroots organizing and partner program operations. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves people, who can earn the trust of working livestock producers, build relationships that last, and translate that trust into measurable program growth. You'll help build the Nofence Community from the ground up, in person and online. That means connecting producers with nearby and like-minded users, supporting the gatherings they host themselves, coordinating events, helping shape our online community, and running the day-to-day of our ambassador program. You'll work cross-functionally with the growth, sales, marketing, customer success and product teams to expand our community footprint. Our principle is simple: Nofence creates the space, and producers shape it. Data will inform your work to assess community health in person and online, and where the next opportunity is, but the community is led by what our producers want.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially using social media.
  • A proactive, self-directed work style. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
