As a Community Service Worker serving Lake and Moody counties, you’ll be a steady, welcoming point of contact—helping community members connect to essential supports quickly, clearly, and with dignity. When meal programs apply, you’ll take and log daily reservations for congregate and home-delivered meals, keeping details straight so schedules stay smooth. You’ll wrap up by ensuring notes are tidy and information is ready for the next moment someone needs help.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process applications for agency services and programs
