The Community Service Liaison serves as a vital bridge between clients, community partners, and volunteer opportunities throughout the Portland metropolitan area. In this dynamic role, you will lead and inspire client volunteer teams while developing meaningful partnerships that create pathways for growth, engagement, and success for individuals participating in CCC's outpatient treatment and housing programs. As a trusted mentor and advocate, the Liaison supports clients through key stages of their journey, including intake, orientation, assessment, and ongoing program participation. This position combines hands-on leadership with relationship building, providing coaching, guidance, and support that helps clients develop confidence, skills, and community connections. Working closely with Community Volunteer Corps (CVC) staff and partner organizations, the Liaison coordinates impactful service projects, supervises volunteer activities, and ensures high-quality outcomes for both clients and community partners. Through regular communication, performance feedback, and continuous program evaluation, the Liaison helps strengthen partnerships, enhance participant experiences, and maximize the positive impact of volunteer service across the community.
