About The Position

Pegasus Landing of Chisholm Trails is an 88-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Keeney, TX. We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Community Sales Director who thrives in a results-driven environment and is energized by the challenge of achieving and sustaining 100% occupancy. As the Community Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, relationship building, community outreach, and closing new residents. You will play a key role in guiding families through an important life transition, ensuring each resident finds not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home.

Requirements

Experience in Senior Living Sales REQUIRED
Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Must be self-directed, able to prioritize tasks as well as have the ability to accept directives
